- Go to Tang Kung Pay app
- Select Withdraw
- Input your 4 digit PIN code
- Choose to Withdraw from Bank
- Customer Bank, Name Customer, Account Number, Customer Account Enter the amount to be withdrawn, select the withdrawal period and click Confirm Withdrawal
- Successful Withdraw request, click the button
- Awaiting system verification
- After verifying the money and transferring it to your Bank account

- Go to any Tang Kung Pay branches
- Go to Tang Kung Pay app
- Select Withdraw
- Input your 4 digit PIN code
- Choose to Withdraw to Counter
- Input amount to Withdraw
- Click on the Generate Deposit Code button
